Due to the busy holiday season, I thought it would take a little longer than expected to receive my order, but to my surprise, the package came very quickly and I received her about two weeks later. The customer service was excellent and although there were some technical issues with notifications, I always heard back when I contacted them and the doll arrived exactly as advertised. She is beautiful. =)
