Yes, it is safe. Wonderful product! Feeling very lonely, I bought this doll as a realistic body pillow. The proportions of the doll are lively, but realistic, and it has a great print. I originally considered a 95 cm doll, but the proportions seemed a bit cartoonish and small. I was happy to get the oxytocin relief I was looking for.
